11: End of the Blog

Welcome All, and Welcome Myself,
Today is going to be the last day of the blog posts. After today I will only post a few assignments. This means no more reflections nor predictions.

With school coming up to finals week, my research has already ended, and there will be next to nothing I would be able to post. I already noticed in the last few posts that the amount of content was slowly declining. Sooner or later, an entire post will just be a few sentences and personally I would rather end the blog before that happens.

Last Reflection
The weeks leading up to this have been close, but never exact to my predictions. As I got better with PT, the training got less tiring, and with less work to do, I often found myself with a lot of a free time. Nothing much will change in the upcoming weeks, but it's always good to reflect upon the past every once in a while.

Last Prediction
After this blog post, I will no longer need to blog every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday/Sunday. This will give me even more free time for nothingness. I'd hate to be so blunt but teachers are assigning less and less work and although it's not a bad thing, it leaves so much time for everyone that they would not previously have. As I write this, I honestly don't know what else to put as nothing interesting is scheduled to happen in the next month.

27: Where I've Been

Welcome All, and Welcome Myself,
Today is October 27th, and exactly 20 years ago I was born into this world to do nothing but work and pay taxes. Enough about something that happened so long ago, lets talk about what's been happening recently.

Excuse
Over the course of all last week, my Predictions detailed the basics of what was "supposed" to occur; well I was way off. Instead of having time dedicated for each post, I was overwhelmed with everything NROTC had me doing. If indeed I tried to do any posts, that would cut into time I needed to rest, eat, etc (essentials). As a result I was unable to get my two posts for Research and Reflection out, and that is why I am making this post right now.

Resolve
Within the next two days, hopefully on Tuesday, I will post out my Reflection and Research that were due to come out last week. This way, instead of just ignoring them, they will just be a few days late.

Hopefully this will clear up any confusion I had with myself and any that my few viewers may have had.

30: Introduction Fall 2014

Welcome All, and Welcome Myself,
This blog was and is originally created to satisfy the requirements for Critical Thinking, thus the title 'Critical Thinking Challenge'. Although the purpose may be for the course, the content included within this blog may not be.

This is a general welcoming as a first-post basically stating my plans for this blog as a whole for the remaining time for the semester of Fall 2014. As per usual, this first post will include an introduction about myself as well as information about future goals and ambitions. Hopefully this will not only meet the criteria needed for the course, but also attract any outside attention that may be interested in studying about the inside mind of a current college student.

The level of etiquette presented in this blog will be informal, personal opinions as well as reflections on topics shown on the media. With that being said, I intend to have three days a week dedicated to creating posts for this blog. The Schedule will be as follows:

= Tuesday - Real Life Student =
This will be comprised of personal thoughts and future plans I have for the week in terms of classes and my overall opinion on how I believe the week will go.

= Thursday - Media and Topic Research =
This day will be dedicated to research involving my term final topic and any related media that may have appeared in recent news.

= Sunday - Reflection =
Finally, the week will end on Sunday, used to be Saturday, and I plan to reflect upon how I thought the week was to go, and how it actually went, along with any additional information found about my specific topic.

Lastly, In this post I will talk briefly about my life and the above mentioned topic.
My name is Branden Williams and I am a second semester student at Savannah State University. My Current major is Computer Information Systems and because of such, I plan to be in college for 5 years. I am also enrolled in NROTC, so expect some personal grief about physical training. The Topic I have selected for Critical Thinking is as follows, "Attending College leads to Communism." Of course it doesn't sound like a strong topic from the beginning, but with what I have planned, I know I'll be able to argue it.
