Welcome All, and Welcome Myself,
Its Tuesday, meaning it's time to make predictions on who my week will go. Fortunately for me, I already know how its going to turn out. Thursday and Friday are Fall Break, so that means no school no obligations. A lot of the students here need a break. Although the reflection posts have categories, the prediction post doesn't always have to. Being that the weeks change and not everything can be explained in categories.
Fall break is around the corner on Thursday and Friday, so since its Tuesday, half of the week is already over.
Monday was exhausting. I started the week with a 5-mile run and two Midterms in my classes. Thankfully my schedule allows a break on Tuesday, but I can expect another test soon.
I have already completed Midterms for all of my classes, for which I am glad. This week, although short, will probably feel tiring, but in reality is just as difficult as any other week. The mentality that we only have 3 working days this week makes the days feel longer and the time we can spend on work seem shorter. I know I was rushing to get one of my midterms in on time, and I'm probably not the only one.
I can expect Wednesday to be just like Monday, where as it starts rough and then ends with tests. The middle of the semester is usually the perfect time for all teachers to give tests, quizzes, or reviews. Honestly I do not mind a brain teaser, but when I have three tests for three different subjects, it can be quite exhausting on the mind. It sometimes feels like I am back in Middle School or Elementary School taking the CRCT. Overall the tests really don't bother me as much as back then because I'm not forced to sit in one chair for 2 hours at a time.
Thursday and Friday are fall break, as I've said multiple times. I am excited to start my 4-day weekend from school. I had planned to go back to my house over the break back in Camden County. To be able to get out of school and relax in my own home for 3-4 days seems like paradise. College students, depending on schedule, usually work their minds and bodies 5 days a week and get 2 days of rest. When a break like this comes around, It is a good refresher to the mundane lifestyle of a normal college student. It's a shame that it will only last a couple extra days. I cannot wait for winter break.
