28: School Communism [Main2]

Welcome All, and Welcome Myself,
Another Thursday, another research day; this time college! Today will be my next major point being "Purpose of College in terms of Communism." Obviously I will be talking about the college system, but more than just that. I will touch up on all school systems, not just college.

2) Purpose of College in terms of Communism

 School Systems
In today's school system, not only is it hierarchy based, but also, in terms of high school and middle school, make you into a 'well-rounded' person. You may be thinking, "Isn't that a good thing?" Well in an argument in Democracy VS Communism, it is not. The fact of the matter is that while democracy allows you elect officials and voice your opinion, the concept of Democracy plays next to no role in shaping each individual person. Democracy has a bigger viewpoint in determining how the country is run. Communism on the other hand tackle problems dealing with people. The infamous phrase "removal of the poverty and class" defines communism all too well.

College's Goals Revised
In college, especially HBCUs, there seems to be an issue with all of the undeclared majors. Majors in general are not entirely "your choice" in the way of democracy either. For one thing, everyone in your Major will come out of college with the same knowledge and the same qualifications as if you never went to college in the first place. All of the required courses contribute more towards communism than anything, but I digress. Back to the issue of undeclared majors; college needs to implement a sort of trial basis for their first minimester. instead of allowing undeclared majors and forcing the declared majors to take basic courses, the first minimester should contain a job-like experience in each area of study. This will provide the students with on-hand experience and allow them to see what its like and if they actually want to do it. Honestly I feel this would be more helpful than anything colleges already have.
